Our Commitment

CameraDOF is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level.

Accessibility Features

• Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and form labels
• Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, with visible focus indicators
• Skip link as the first focusable element on every page, moving focus straight to the main content region. This is a single-calculator site with no top navigation or sidebar, so there is little to skip past — the link is there to keep keyboard behavior consistent across our calculators
• Color contrast styled to meet the WCAG AA targets
• Screen reader support — the depth of field formulas are displayed as plain text, not images, paired with a screen reader-only plain-English description, and results are announced through an aria-live region
• Navigation via a semantic footer <nav> element with an accessible label
• Responsive design across all screen sizes
• Dark mode for reduced eye strain

Known Limitations

Third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We do not control the accessibility of third-party ad content.
